Interest 1 I have always enjoyed traveling and experiencing different cultures, people, places, and foods.  Life is much more interesting  when one is exposed to many types of varying surroundings.  It allows one's mind to be more appreciative, open-minded, and aware of the causes and effects of situations that are occurring around us.  Currently I am working in Europe and traveling. The most recent places that I have visited are Finland, Germany, Israel, Egypt and Sweden.

Interest 2 Being outdoors and experiencing nature is something everyone should enjoy more often. The outdoor activities I like include downhill skiing, camping, backpacking and kayaking.  In the Grand Canyon I've backpacked on the Havasupai Indian Reservation.  Check out the pictures of this beautiful place, which are included in the photo album.  Also, I have kayaked on the Colorado River and on the Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada.

Interest 3 Life is a constantly changing process in which one must adapt and learn. I enjoy reading books, acquiring knowledge and skills, as well as researching new ideas, which are very important to improving oneself and adjusting to changes. The Favorite Links web page provide some interesting reference sources.
